KCC ends 3-game winning streak in 2nd overtime

KCC stops KOGAS's bid for its first three-game winning streak of the season with a hard-fought victory.

The Busan KCC Aegis defeated the Daegu KOGAS Pegasus 93-88 after two overtimes in a home game in the third round of the 2023-2024 regular season professional basketball at Sajik Gymnasium in Busan on Wednesday. The team is in seventh place with a 7-9 record. GAS ended its first winning streak of the season at 2. They are in ninth place with a 4-15 record.

It was an epic battle. KCC was led by Ragan with 21 points, 21 rebounds and five assists. Heo added 16 points, including five three-pointers. Choi Jun-yong recorded a double-double with 15 points and 12 rebounds. Chung Chang-young and Alize DeShawn Johnson added 10 points each.

KOGAS was led by Andrew Nicholson with 20 points and 13 rebounds. Nak-hyun Kim scored 19 points, including five 3-pointers, while Duvan Maxwell added 15 points and 먹튀검증 Samjoshef Belangel had 14 points. With the departure of Kim and the addition of Maxwell, the team is no longer relying on Nicholson to carry the load.
