The id of the notification request is sent in the URL to the API call.

Response Parameters Description:
Success Count: Number of Subscribers to whom notification was sent successfully.
Count Delivered: Number of subscribers to whom notification was delivered successfully.
Count Clicked: Number of subscribers who clicked on the notification.
Message: Present in case of failure. Used to denote reason of failure.
